Q: How do I join one of your pickups?
A: Have a look to the left on our webpage under 'servers', it will require you to install mIRC, check out our 'Downloads' section for that.
Q: What are the typical commands used to join a game?
A: The typical commands are as follows and always begins with an '!':
!add or !join ( Will add you up to the pickup ).
!remove ( Will remove you from the pickup if you get tired or waiting or can't play )
!addsub ( This command will not add you to the game itself but you can be summoned if someone leaves or gets problems in the current game.
!promote will make the bot give a preset line with how many more players are needed which can be copied and pasted and used as an /amsg.
!voted will bring up the current maplist of available maps that can be played. Place your vote by typing !vote 'mapname'.
You can change your vote as many times as you like.
A: Depending on which pickup you've joined you have to show some patience. It might be 8 players needed or 10 players needed to get a game to start and sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes, other times it takes 30 seconds. Once the full amount is reached the channel bot will show the random teams and send you a private message containing the server IP address and password.
Q: OMG, Why random teams?!?!?!
A: In our experience it the most fair way. Otherwise it's gonna be a good team vs a bad team EVERYTIME which make those with less skill to loose interest instead of improving.
A: Not that many really. The 2 most important once are: Respect the team color given to you and secondly use common sence. In a game of CTF, play CTF not DM, then u've picked the wrong pickup. An additiona unwritten rule is when playing in our 2v2v2v2 iTDM pickup is NOT to spawn camp close to the high spawn point as it ruins the game very hard.

Q: I can't join the server, it wants me to install something called UTDC!
A: Click the install button, UT will shut itself down, restart the game and rejoin the server.
Q: The server is still kicking me regarding UTDC!
A: Sometimes the automatic install doesn't work properly. Go to our download section and download the UTDC package, and unpack the client part into your Unreal Tournament System directory and try rejoining the server.
A: Talk to an op, who will surely help you.
Q: I'm getting kicked due to an illegal package.
A: Talk with an op describe what illegal package you got kicked for and we'll look into it, but expect to miss a pickup.

A: It's like buying a car, you pay for one that runs great, looks great and is well supported.
